Habit of attraction: Whatever you think, you attract. Be it the positive or the negative. When you feel low, you will attract low and depressing energy. When you feel high, you will attract, energising and good energy.
Where ever you attach yourself and put your attention at that, the thought grows. Be it positive or negative. The habit of attraction attracts into your life what you constantly think about. Your habit of attraction inviting predominantly success will attract success in your life. Fear related thoughts, will attract all sorts of situations wherein you experience fear by habit. Keeping this in mind, it is therefore essential that we are careful in thinking what we are thinking. Make a conscious decision today to think of the positive in any situation. Thus, you can attract and multiply positive feelings in your life. The decision will also help to actively incorporate new ways of thinking as well.
Habit of Gratitude: Habit of gratitude is about being thankful for what you have and have been receiving. Whenever you appreciate and are thankful about something that happened to you, it will effortlessly flow into your life. If you are thankful for a happy, loving family, you will experience happiness and love in other areas of your life too. Thanking anyone or anything with humility and from the heart is gratitude. Gratitude crosses all boundaries of time and space.
If we have to imagine a day without the things that we have taken for granted, then we will realise the true essence of gratitude and how many things do we actually need to be thankful for. By habit of gratitude, thanking others around us, also involves showing gratitude towards universe. The basic things that happen in our life, which are so taken for gratitude are often ignored. Make it a habit to thank the universe for what is provided for. It is generally in difficult times or in a state of ill health that we are more conscious about actual gratitude. When we miss a lot of things, events and people in our lives, we are more tuned towards gratitude. Gratitude is strong. When you give more, you receive more.
